The Insane New App That Allows You To Read Novels In Under 90 Minutes – FOR REAL!

The reading game is about to change forever. Boston-based software developer Spritz has been in “stealth mode” for three years, tinkering with their program and leasing it out to different ebooks, apps, and other platforms.

Now, Spritz is about to go public with Samsung’s new line of wearable technology.

Other apps have offered up similar types of rapid serial visual presentation to enhance reading speed and convenience on mobile devices in the past.

However, what Spritz does differently (and brilliantly) is manipulate the format of the words to more appropriately line them up with the eye’s natural motion of reading.

The “Optimal Recognition Point” (ORP) is slightly left of the center of each word, and is the precise point at which our brain deciphers each jumble of letters.

The unique aspect of Spritz is that it identifies the ORP of each word, makes that letter red and presents all of the ORPs at the same space on the screen.

In this way, our eyes don’t move at all as we see the words, and we can therefore process information instantaneously rather than spend time decoding each word.

You’re at home, broke as fuck,  its stupid late but want pizza: the solution is you going into the fridge and creating whatever abomination you can muster with the ingredients you find and just like that, The Ghetto Pizza is born, or Gourmet Cheese On Toast if you wanna feel good about yourself.

 

Luckily I had quite a lot of pizza-ish ingredients  in the house: salami, cheese, italian herbs, mushroom and tomato puree. Oh and two slices of toast obiously

Now Seeing as I’m fancy as fuck, I had some french roulé cheese in the house too (doesnt everyone?) and I spread that with tomato puree for a more creamy sauce

My NEW Twitter + My FREE 47 Track Mixtape!

I’ve been slacking a little on the updates with what’s going on with me recently, but thats only because I had a lot to prepare content wise for you all.

As you may (or may not) know, I’ve put my band ‘random impulse’ and have started a new project using my real name ‘Jovel.’ Now Random Impulse is by no means gone, It’ll be back, but you have to go with the flow of wherever your creative juices take you, hence this new project. Now this new music isn’t going to be 100% completely different, but its definitely different enough for me to need a new alias for it.

the MAIN difference, without sounding cheesy, is that this new music is honest: Its all from things Ive really seen and experienced, without trying to compromise anything to make it more ‘universal.’ Sonically its… well you’ll hear for yourself, and I’ve got a big surprise for you with how Im going to present it in the live shows.

THE 47 FREE TRACK MIXTAPE

The ‘Downloads’ section of this blog has been naked for quite a while now, so Ive decided to compile ALL of the refixes Ive done and my ‘100 tracks in 4 minutes’ freestyle into one quick download. If you don’t know, my refixes are where I pick a song, remake the entire instrumental from scratch using electric guitar, drums, base and synth, then write and perform my own lyrics that are based on the original. Im gonna be throwing this out once this new twitter gets 1000 followers, and although its only been a day, i’ve got half of that already. so get following and keep your ears peeled in the next few days for this mixtape & a LOT more secret content dropping, but more on that later

iKnow, we all waiting in anticipation for something spectacular to come forth and the iWatch rumors are pretty strong. So if we were to indulge in fantasy for a minute, then this is how Esben Oxholm thinks the Apple team would design the phone/watch. Heavily inspired by the look of the iPhone 5 and sporting a minimalistic, sleek look, the watch is crafted with black aluminum on the outside and a thin layer of soft matte rubber on the inside.

 

It has got the highly recognizable round home button as the only physical button. The rest of the fun happens on the newly developed slightly double curved touch screen. The iWatch can be fitted to your liking, by removing or adding spacers in the lower part of the bendy bracelet.
