Week 24!! has ANYONE even heard this song over here in the uk???
i just randomly stumbled upon this and what a banger!! dre is back apparently and no one told me!!
It wasnt my choice, but due to all the madness with getting my first ep ready for the new year I only had 4 HOURS to get this done from scratch, but I thing it came out pretty good!
we ARE talking about dre here, so the productions NEVER gonna be as tight but hey I tried!
Recently there have been a lot of fellow artists doing “refixes” now so the topic for this song wasnt too hard to think of haha, but its all good! the more the merrier i say.
First off a BIG apology for the lateness! I was at studio ALL day getting my new single mixed down and to my horror there was NO internet to upload the vid! Upon leaving i FRANTICLY rushed home to try and upload before 12, only to have youtube reject my video AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN so if you’re reading this, we finally won!!
This song is an ABSOLUTE BANGER by one of dubsteps finest – True Tiger, featuring the super talented p money, so refixing this was a no brainer! Really enjoyed making this one, so much in fact, i couldn’t actually tell you which bits were easy and hard to remake! It all just kinda flowed out!

my week has been complete and utter chaos i tell you! And I was really hesitant about doing this refix because of the amount of samples in it, but yesterday i thought “if i just MAKE the samples myself it should be fine right?” it was a gamble but i think it payed off! the messed up thing is that i finished this refix in a very short space of time, but because i was just so busy, i could only upload it now! 😥
APOLOGIES for the mix! although instrumentally its pretty close, the mix is near enough awful! eek!
WEEK 21! The second girl to ever get a refix, JESSIE J!
im really hype about this one as jessies from the uk (which inspired the refix subject) and shes one of the most amazing singer/songwriters of our time!
this whole song was one of he most fun to do and i was sooooo tempted to do the entire song! who knows, maybe i will at another stage!!

yaaargh its pretty darn bad too, i had a show in madrid on wednesday, came back thursday to realize id lost my voice, had to perform in the g-shock shop on friday (ironically with wretch 32), then did a video shoot for my new single overload on saturday! can you say epic fail?
but hey VERY busy week, but it got done in the end! The mix on this is a liiiiiil bit scrappy but with 12 hours sleep between 4 days what do you want from me!?!

So we all know every week i remake the music of a song from scratch with electric, then re record it with my own vocals: the refixes, nothing new there, and this week i decided to to the all star tinchy stryder song game over.
I had NO idea it would get around THIS mch and cause such a stirr, And apparently the stirr reached the ears of marcus barnes over at THE SUN!
Week 18!
hello you wonderful lot, so its week 18 and I finished this one early meaning Ive actually slept! hurrah! More anime watching for me today! lol
anyway… so this week was a no brainer, as almost everyone whos anyone is on this track!
Instrumentally there wasnt anything difficult to replicate or add, but I was stumpted on what to do lyric-wise. At first I thought to emulate each of the spitters on the track, but that would be A: VERY patronizing to the artists on here, and B: one hell of a long refix.
I was reading all the comments of the original game over track and then it hit me! Everyone has an opinion of the track, and so do I! so there you have it! I simply spat what I thought of who did what on the tune, ON THE TUNE! 😀
I was gonna leave it there, but i couldnt resist spitting propperly on such a sick beat, so i also snuck in a cheeky 8 bar at the end!

At the time of writing this its 3:14 in the afternoon and ‘fake tales of san Francisco” by the arctic monkeys just came on my itunes. Those of you that follow me on twitter or facebook will already know the horror that ive had to deal with tonight.
to make a long story short, this week i had to mix my single and had a ton of meetings, leaving me with having only 8 hours sleep shared between the last 5 days. Pretty bad right? OH BUT IT DOESNT STOP THERE!!!
So its about 1am and im just adding the finishing touches to the refix and what happens?? MY COMPUTER SWITCHES OFF!!! before the rage set in, i simply switched the mac on again and started over, i mean you all know how late i work sometimes, so it wasnt the end of the world…
so im nearly finished with the refix for the SECOND time and what happens? LOGIC CRASHES AGAIN!! Its now around 5am and bare in mind the 8 hours in 5 days sleeping pattern. What do I do? for me there’s only one option…
DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!
Im SO thankful for everybody that comes on here, subscribes and comments on my refixes every single week and to me, you’re all worth that dedication.
I’ve just realized the irony of what took place tonight… its halloween haha, what a nightmare, pun intended.

week 16! another week another refix and this week i went back to my grime roots with the CLASSIC top 3 selected by ghets (formerly known as ghetto)
This beat relies mainly on power, so as an electric guitarist its right up my street! The beat was remade in the record time of 2 hours (yes, yes im very proud haha)
For those that arnt familiar with ghettos work, as an m.c hs flow is out of this world, so it was VITAL that I go all out in that area lyrically to do it justice (and i like to think i did!)
You know today I woke up and realised that this is refix number 16, meaning that ive been doing this EVERY SINGLE WEEK without fail (even on my birthday) for FOUR WHOLE MONTHS. well… only 8 more months to go i guess haha.

One of my best pals ed sheeran has been on tour with example for the past month and what better way to welcome him home then with his very own refix?
Now I realize that he isn’t as widely known as the majority of artists that I refix but that isn’t what these are about: they’re about refixing amazing music and putting my own take on it, and if you check out the original of this, you’ll instantly see how incredible a song it is!
